This would be the Galus that we would never come back from. The Orient with its Gaivah, had no interest in manufacturing Jews, but the Jews want and recognize that they can manufacture the Orient.

R' Avraham Sutton also elucidates R' Duvid Pesach's concept of a Cosmic Israel with expanded consciousness in his shiurim entitled, "The Vertical Connection" and "The Great Reality" respectively @ Universal Torah, if memory serves.
